ABOUT MY SERVICES

About Counselling

Bright Room

I believe that if we are provided with the appropriate level of support, resources and a safe environment we can discover and reach our potential.

Counselling offers a place to be heard and understood, without feeling judged or criticized. It can be the first step towards change and a more positive future. People may come to counselling because they feel stuck and cannot move forward.

One of the aims of counselling is to explore aspects of ourselves that promote healing and recovery. I can work with you to enable you to have a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.

How I Work

My counselling practice draws on strengths from different schools of therapy, including humanistic, psychodynamic and transpersonal. I like to work holistically to integrate mind, body and soul.

We all need help in certain times of our lives. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is supportive and offers the tools to equip you towards a resolution and peace of mind.

I offer both daytime and evening appointments and work in a pleasant location in Sanderstead. There is off street parking and is conveniently situated for bus routes serving Purley, Croydon, Caterham and the surrounding areas.
